What are the symptoms of The Corona Virus (COVID - 19)?

For most people, the Corona virus (COVID-19) produces mild symptoms which include:

• a cough
• high temperature (fever)
• shortness of breath

Most people can be fine after plenty of rest. However, for some (usually the elderly or those with an underlying health condition), it can lead to severe respiratory issues.

What does Self Isolation mean?

Self-isolating means staying at home and not leaving it, other than for exercise. Don't go to work, school or public areas during this time.

What does Social Distancing mean?

Social distancing measures are steps you can take to reduce social interaction between people. This will help reduce the transmission of coronavirus (COVID-19).
