Who can help you?
At times like these its important that we do as much as we can to help ourselves as all resources in NHS and social care are stretched. please reach out to family, friends and neighbours to help with shopping, collection of prescriptions where you can.
If you still need further help then there are many communities, groups and volunteers who are there to help you. Please see below the type of help that is currently available:

Village agents can help you if you have a problem and do not know who to turn to. Village agents can help you to access the right people, services and agencies if you are unsure of where to begin.
Finding and contacting a Village Agent:

Step 2 – Scroll down until you can see the dropdown boxes just above the map.
Step 3 – In the dropdown box to the left - select the district
Step 4 – In the dropdown box on the right - select the parish
Step 5 – Scroll down below the map. Details of all the Village Agents in your chosen area will appear there.
Micro-providers are providers of very small, community-based care and support services. A micro-provider works totally independent of any larger organisation. Examples of micro-services could include:
• Support to keep well, socialise and remain independent
• Support to people living in their own homes
• Day support and help around the home.
